We are currently trying to decide which ADSL service to go for when our
exchange is (finally!) upgraded in April.
Since we currently have a Pipex Dial account, and friends at work have good
experience of Pipex Xtreme ADSL, this is clearly one of the options.
Looking at ADSLGuide Pipex seems to give reasonable service, although it
appears that it isn't always very good at responding quickly to new
services from other providers, so one question at the moment is when their
basic service will go to 1Mbps to match BT...

Does anyone else have experience of switching from Dial to Xtreme? What I'm
wondering about is whether Pipex will do anything to help here? For
example, would they allow the old Dial mailboxes to carry on working for a
period at a reasonable, preferrably zero, cost?
I have tried asking Pipex about this before and got contradictory answers,
so any real experience of this would be very helpful.

Thanks,

Judy

I was with Pipex. I am now using Tesco £17.99 a month ADSL. It is supose to
be 512k, but it apears to be running at around 1 meg.
Good connection (Though NTL)
Low Price.
No download limits.
