	Siemens is hiring BCom Freshers for its One Year Commercial Trainee program.
	The Program aims at hiring and grooming fresh commerce graduates to build Finance(  Business Administration) professionals at Siemens. This finance function caters to the sales, factory, projects and corporate Functions.
	Program Methodology: Classroom trainings on Technical and Behavioral aspects Followed by on-the-job training in Factory , Sales, FSS and Corporate Evaluation after each phase of training & before final placement into Business
	Responsibilities Commercial Execution of order / Projects including cost monitoring and customer interaction. Evaluation of terms and conditions of tenders, receivable management, logistics & Imports Sales Administration Product costing, overhead controlling & investment monitoring in factories Orderwise profitability and sales inventory monitoring Claim management Accounts & Tax related matters MIS
	Eligibility: Cadidates from the commerce stream, who have passed in 2015 / appeared for the final year examinations on 2016. Have 60% and above in all the Semesters of graduation, HSC, SSC With no ATKT / Backlog Age not more than 22 years
	Candidates should fulfill every criteria mentioned above to be qualified for the process
