Participant Exit Survey-- How Exciting

Hey team!

You may remember doing an Entry Survey at the very start of the summer.  Well, believe it or not, we're now at the "Exit" stage.  The link below goes to the Participant Exit Survey for Summer of Solutions.  It gauges progress and changes that have occured for you over the course of the summer.  It probably will take 15-20 minutes to fill out.  It's required for full-timers, and highly highly reccommended for everybody!  Please fill it out by next Friday August 19th!
