ToolTip text on icons

Would you be able to add tooltip text on icons (eg the yellow pencil and a red close button which appear when loading the text file within values)

I just created a new enhancement issue(https://github.com/4ndr01d3/biosual/issues/38) on the development site, so I will work into this, so it will be part of the next release.
