Resizing the picture box and the image

Hey I found that it is very flexible to resize the images.
I have found out that:

(1) Shift key + mouse wheel : enlarges/reduces the picture box
(2) Clicking on the internal image and using the mouse wheel alone: enlarges/reduces the internal image.

How can make the user aware?
