Can't copy / past img on pinta with mac

Hello, 

there's an issue me and a lot of people in my student groupe are having.

When we copy a picture from any website on the clipboard to paste it on pinta and save it on our computer, it says theres nothing on the clipboard and that pinta can't paste anything.

anyone got any idea about how to resolve this ? thanks

Hey Anthony,

That's a known issue (https://bugs.launchpad.net/pinta/+bug/1219104) which I think is a problem in the GTK2 toolkit that Pinta uses - pasting from the clipboard on macOS is behaving correctly in the GTK3 port that's being worked on.

I think the best workaround in the meantime is to drag and drop the image into Pinta (requires version 1.7 of Pinta, I think)
