Pinta Discord or Telegram group?

Such a group for pinta would be great for this program's community in my opinion, as it would make it much easier to quickly communicate ideas and plans about pinta without all the hassle of google and such, furthermore, telegram is open source software, and therefore makes it a much lesser security concern than using a google product.

I'm okay with adding this (or something similar like Matrix) if there's enough interest. But I do worry about there being useful information that will be lost / never searchable, whereas discussions on mailing lists, github, etc can be found much more easily by search engines
