I am getting error while building from source code "You must have mono-xbuild installed to compile Pinta."

using manjaro linux 20.03

The aur pinta-git pkgbuild works. The non-git version is out-of-date atm.

above error is resolved but still after I run ./autogen.sh, make command is not working. getting error

What's the full output of (re-)running autogen.sh, now that you've installed mono?

It sounds like something failed if the makefile doesn't exist
