AVIF Support

Hi, we here like pinta very much, but there is no AVIF. Is it possible that you support the format sometimes? Greetings

I think the answer should be similar to
https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/issues/653, so if an avif pixbuf
loader is installed then Pinta should be able to support it. It's
generally more of a packaging project to bundle this with the
installer for various platforms
