Hi Nigel, I'm on the verge of writing up how we packed ours for India so watch this space. I looked at a lot of options, most were working out very heavy.
We ended up with the back half in a slightly cut down corrugated board bike box free from the local bike shop and the front end, heavily dismantled, in a big holdall with lots of bubble wrap. Worked very well and I have photos of everything. We were lucky to have somewhere to leave everything and pack it back up for the return.

Hi there. We are off to Thailand in November and need to break down and pack our Pino into 2 cases/boxes. Ideally I'd like the boxes to be able to double up as a trailer on our arrival but this is down to design.Has anyone got any tips or photos of a fully broken down and packed Pino please and would care to shareNigel--
