It’s easy to make orthogonal fields manually in Mosaic. Then just associate the DRR’s with the manually created fields.

I've noticed when we installed the pre-release version of 9.0 the orthogonal fields did not go over to Mosaiq. Now that we have the "real" version of 9.0 the fields show up on Mosaiq for import. Maybe that will help.
Yes, the orthogonal show up, but there are few bugs highlighted
1. If you have more than one trials, the orthogonal will show up with the same Field ID
2. The isocenter/machine is manual defined by the operator, so if the operator make a mistake during sending, than you will reposition the patient in a wrong direction
3. If you have more than one trial for the same patients (e.g. 50gy/25fx + 10Gy/5fx) you will send 4 orthogonal field ( 2 planar images and field for each trial), but you have to be carefully during the import in Mosaiq, because the orthogonal will have same ID field
Something easy to patch by Philips, but I’m not sure they will do immediately, especially the second point should be automatic and they should export the correct dose prescribed, as it was with Lantis 10 years a go.

Natlie, what do you mean by the real version of 9.0? I have done a lot of investigation about the setup fields and Pinnacle even confirmed that this is a bug in 9.0. How are you getting setup fields to come over? Did you write a script maybe?
I made a script to add setup fields in Pinnacle then I export those to Mosaiq. Then the fields and Drr’s are exported. Just make sure you have the correct iso selected when you add the fields with the script. It’s a lot faster than adding fields in Mosaiq.

Do we know this will be fixed in 9.2?

The "real" version was a separate set of cds that Philips sent, in essence, the released version of 9.0. Perhaps it is a bug and I do not have a script for it. I just export as normal, like how things were done with 8.0m.
When you changed over to 9.0, did you get any assistance from applications support? There are things that they did with the database and other things that worked out "better than expected" with the transition. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name. What he did for me with the transition went so well that I didn't experience any other issues.
I wonder if it has to do with the need to update your IP address, AE titles and DICOM in Pinnacle and the Mosaiq IMPAC_RTP destination.
