Another valuable resource for treatment planning tips and tricks is to the "meddos" listserver.  You will get alot of email regarding AAMD, MDCB, and workforce issues but there are just as many valuable postings regarding clinical treatment planning.  For example, we have been discussing Hybrid IMRT for Lung as well as Three Field Breast techniques.
