Exporting to C-Rad from Pinnacle

Hi All,

We have recently starting using our C-Rad HD Catalyst SGRT system and was wondering if anyone has experience using C-Rad with Pinnacle. 

We are having issues setting up an export from Pinnacle to C-Rad and currently export back to the Pinnacle import folder then copy and past the structure set and plan to the C-Rad import folder. 

If anyone set up to export from Pinnacle to C-Rad please could you contact me and let me know how you have set this up.
