Problem in import images (DICOM3File)

Hi all,

 

In this morning I try import images in DICOM3File but not works, the system show the next message:

 

ERROR: Unable to list exam IDs for $SCANNER_STATIC / bin/$SCANNER_DICOM3FILE: $SCANNER_STATIC/bin/$SCANNER-ARCH/CT-DICOM3FILE-mode list - inputpath /autoDataSets/DICOM - destprefixScanner - destpath/usr/local/adacn

Dear Israel,

 

just a few comments on your problem:

 

1)      There are several scanners in Pinnacle which may have the same name (in my case “DICOM3File”). You have to make sure that you have selected the correct scanner (with the correct properties as defined in the LaunchPad -> Configure -> Scanners menu).

2)      Are your input and output devices available and not full (directories /autoDataSets/DICOM and /usr/local/adacn…; see configuration of scanner above) ?

3)      Are DICOM images available in the import directory /autoDataSets/DICOM ?

4)      Did you make any changes to your Pinnacle? I remember scanner problems several years ago after updating from Pinnacle 7 to Pinnacle 8 (if I remember correctly). You should find an executable file “CT_DICOM3File” in /usr/local/adacnew/VolumeImportStatic/bin/i386 (at least in my Pinnacle 9.6 installed on 810 server).

 

I hope that the above comments will help to fix the problem.

Dear Peter,

In  /autoDataSets/DICOM there was full of images!! I deleted all images and the system works now!
