Currently ran into a new problem that we have not seen before.
Finished planning a head and neck as normal then during export I get
this error.

Problem sending POI and ROI: Refused: Out of resources (0xA700) Export
aborted.

Anyone know how to fix this or can give me some insight. Looked for
the error in the manual but was not much help. Said it was a problem
with C-Store.

Thanks in advance,

Chad, Check your account number between your planning system and your
R&V system. I've seen this
error happen before when the two are not the same.

The most likely reason for this the remote system is refusing
your transfer. Check to make sure the necessary matching information
such as medical history number, name, etc are exact between the
systems and that you don't have something like a space or tab
embeded, prepended, or appended onto one of these.

Basically Pinnacle seems to report all Dicom transfer errors
other than a complete connection failure as out of resources.

Hope that helps.

The problem was an incorrect medical record number. It did not give
an error of the med rec number, and the funny thing is this plan was a
boost so somehow it got changed, or it went through the first time.

Thanks for your time.

Another thing to consider....

If you are using MBS, the auto generated ROI's contain many 1000's of
points which define the ROI. You may want to copy the plan without dose
and perform a ROI point reduction by distance before exporting to RV.
The default setting of 0.005cm seems to reduce approximately half to the
points without compromising the shape or position of the ROI. I would
also recommend deleting any ROIs that are not relevant on the CBCT such
as your dose tuning structures, etc.

This is basically what Pinnacle help desk advises when there are problems with POI/ROI transfers. Copy a plan and delete large unnecessary structures (body ext, lungs, etc), increase time-out parameter for dicom transfer to 300, resend.
