We would like to use the Daily QA mode on the TrueBeam linac for the therapists to perform Daily QA. The DICOM plan from Pinnacle does not contain any couch parameters, and while it is readable using the TrueBeam file mode, it is not valid due to the missing couch values. Any ideas how I can get around this? Thank you much.

I think that every treatment plan sooner or later is saved somewhere in DICOM RT format acceptable to the TrueBeam. With MQ, if my memory is not failing, it is somewhere on the local Sequencer workstation (\IMPAC\something\…., if I am not mistaken) So create a plan in MQ, transfer it to the accelerator and hunt for a fresh DICOM RT object on the Sequencer. Don’t know where it lives in Aria, should that be your RV.
Alternatively, you can try to find a DICOM editor that would allow you to add attributes rather than just edit them. It never worked for me, but is in theory possible.
