Bartenders and Bar Backs

Check in for your shift with BM or Asst BM.

If it's your first time the BM or Asst BM will walk you thru the basics.

Let Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager know if you need to take a break or leave the bar.

Let Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager know of any donations, we do NOT take all donations and try to focus on vodka, rum, tequila, whisky, juices, beer, wine, and champagne.

We must ID all guests if they look under 30, this is for our and your liability. They should get ID'd by ID checkers and get stamp. You can ID them as well but they will not get a stamp.

Do not serve anyone who is heavily intoxicated/beligerent, if you feel unsafe doing so get the BM, Asst BM, or another Bartender to help you.

One drink per person.

Size of drinks - about one glass/can, some guests will have huge cups, we do not fill them, even with just water or ice.

Please wash hands regularly at wash station.

Keep bar tidy, throw away empty containers, etc.

Keep guests out as they maybe minors or serve minors.

Generally speaking, we don’t want or need 10 people behind the bar, so please do not jump in to help unless you speak with the Bar Manager or Assistance Bar Manager first, let the Bartenders on shift do their job.

Please use ice scoops and not your hands for getting ice. Much like drinks, we do not fill huge cups with ice nor do we try to put ice in bottles/canteens that have small openings.

We do not give out full cans of Red Bull. When making drinks, half a can per drink.

Have fun and be cordial, engage our guests!

The fruit we cut up is for PM'ers, DJ's, and guests who deserve it. Enjoy!

At the end of week, the bar truck is not responsible for taking your garbage home, please do not add to our pile. Thanks, John
