As you may or may not heard, Pink
Mammoth will be doing an Event in Tulum, Mexico on Monday, January 19th , 2015
at the Adelita beach club from 6 pm (sunset ) to 6 a.m. (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Adelita-Tulum/505544289512373)
. Appox 40 min south of Playa Del Carmen. Our event is sort of part of what one can call a "post"

As a added bonus, the night after our event is the bay SF base
collective and friends Sunset Sound System event .( Galen , Solar etc) They will play
also play music from sunset to sunrise
on Tuesday January 20th , 2015 at a resort also in Tulum called The Papaya

As for Travel ,Ones have different arrival and departure times. most are leaving to this event on Friday,
January 16th and returning Thursday, January 22nd.

as for Accomodations:
After some research we did , many of us decided on and ironically booked the same resort where Sunset Sound system event is, which is the Papaya
Playa Project.. Their link is here:

check out Thursday, the 22nd (3 nights )
but some are earlier
and some later. ( If you prefer another place there are many
accommodations along the coast or in town in Tulum . just do some
research and book the accommodation that
best suits you. ) However, if you are
interested in staying at Papaya Playa Project and be part of the Core
part of PM and Sunset there are a couple of ways to make a
reservation:
option 1. Robin Drysdale has contacted the resort and set up a group of rooms that
are on hold . The info is below. (see website for room types and

A block of various rooms are listed to choose from (book asap for we
cant seem to get a clear answer to how long this room block /hold is

B. To hold a room , one will need to put a deposit of 1 night down on
a C.C. Fill out the form below & email it to Jessica Gutiérrez
at: reserv...@papayaplayaproject.com. This is
refundable (one can cancel) up to 60 days before the reservation. The group
hold is officially for 1/19 - 1/22 .

In addition, We wanted to give you some details
regarding the weekend prior to our
event which I mentioned is end of BPM: ( BPM face book page is here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/34567774295/ )
A group of us are planning to stay in PDC ( Playa Del Carmen
) on Saturday January 17th and Sunday January 18th to check out some events and closing party as
well as help get the word out and promote PMs Monday evening’s Event. Some of us are staying
and have booked direct at Riviera del Sol http://rivieradelsol.com/ . There is
another less expensive hotel located a block over from the Riviera del Sol
which is Hotel Banana http://www.hotelbanana.net/ and a few of us will be staying here too. Of course these are just suggestions and
if you map both hotels you will see other option accommodations near by. If one decides to stay in PDC for the closing of BPM, keep in mind that these hotels
are booking up quicker now that the lineup for BPM has been released so its best to decide soon.
Facebook page should be out any day so wanted to get the PM groups some info out before its open to FB world ! excuse the typos Pink Love , Joe
