4. In Silico Target Molecule properties evaluation
5. Homology Modelling
6. Pocket / Active site identification
7. Lead optimization
8. Lead introduction in identified pocket
9. In Silico generation of Ligand molecules
10. IC 50 & Binding energy calculation (Docking)
11. In Silico validation of Drug molecule Duration: 2 days[March 27-28,2010]
Fee: Rs. 1500/-(Fifteen hundred only) per person. Certificate: All registered participants who attend the workshop will be given certificates.
Registration: Due to limitations on the number of people we can offer place at Cognizance workshops, we will follow first cum first serve basis. Participants interested in attending the workshops have to prepare a demand draft of the required amount in favor of “Cognizance, IIT Roorkee”, payable at Roorkee and courier it to
