What market are you targeting with PingPong?

Always happy to see new work in the discovery space. What's the
intended market for PingPong?
If this is for consumer I'm concerned that this seems to leak my
intent to visit an SP to all possible IDPs, and not just the one I
want to login with. Any thoughts?

The initial use case we were looking at is TV Everywhere. For the
