Version 4.2 has been released

Due to Play Store changes, Google forces an update, but it's been a long time coming anyway.

• Android 7 is no longer supported - it's time to move on
  
• Due to changes in Android 12, the app must now request the coarse location permission as well as the exact location. Unless you're using Show Location in Ping, this does not concern you.
  
• (Hopefully) Fixed an issue where the application was not responding (and crashed) on certain devices.
  
• RDAP now works for more domains and AS for which information is not available at rdap.org.
  
• Updated Whois information.
  
• Removed and/or fixed some Secure DNS providers.
