Version 4.2.2 has been released

There's nothing major in this release, just some small updates.

• Better handle connectivity changes (the app no longer gets confused about which DNS server to use).
• Better checking for valid host name and IP address. Let me know if the app complains about IPs or host names that you think are valid.
• Updated Whois information.
• Some changes to accommodate Android 13.
