Chris I love the spreadsheet. it will work great. I have a question that I need your thoughts on.

Our Pack has a 3 lane track and i downloaded the 3 lanes spreadsheet. My Bear den this year has only 4 members, what do you suggest?

I see the problem.   The 3-lane spreadsheet is setup for 3, 5, 6, 7 .. 15 cars.   But not 4.   I don't remember why 4 is missing.

As a workaround, you could add "pace car" so you have 5 cars.  Maybe use one of last year's cars, or a car that a dad built.  But the agreement is the pace car can't win.  It would be skipped/ignored in the results.

Another option would be to use the 8-car spreadsheet but put each racer in twice.   This would be more complicated to score.

Same problem here. But I think I've created a solution.

I took the 5-car spreadsheet, copied and doubled it, tossed out the races involving car #5,  rearranged the cells, and fixed the references and formulas. Each car runs 3 times in each lane, for a total of 12 races.
