Good evening and Happy Sabbath for this weekend coming,

This week we are continuing on with our Be Contagious series presented to us by Leslie Ncube - 'Contagious Stories'.

I don't know about you but for me it has been a long couple of weeks and I hope that you may also benefit from some thoughts that I have had and heard on the local Christian Radio in the last couple of days.

There is a lot going on in the world today and not just for those in another place and time zone, but right here in our church and community. Please, take that extra minute on the road and let the car next to you trying to come over in front rather than smile and think to yourself 'serves you right for being in a hurry in the first place and pulling out from behind me', at the counter ask if the person in the line in front of you needs a hand to load their heavy shopping into their trolley or even car if your able, instead of scoffing and tapping your wallet on the counter, or just be willing to stop and take a breath before continuing on, as this may just give you another look at life and see what is most important, like family and friends, and your connection with God. by doing this you may also see what 'things' in your life aren't so important and let them go.

Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Psalm 55:22 – Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you...

Joshua 1:9 - Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.

I pray that the remainder of your week goes well for you and we look forward to seeing you in the next pew.
