Unlabeled Histidines in Protein to be Assigned

Hello!

The protein we are assigning using ssPINE does not have labeled histidines (carbon and nitrogen atoms not labeled), and so there will be no peaks in any of the spectra. We were wondering if there was a way to let ssPINE know this when submitting peak lists.

Are the peak lists more likely to be misinterpreted by ssPINE if there are no histidine peaks? Or is it likely that they will just not be assigned?
