Hi Sichun,

You can watch NMRFAM workshop tutorial videos.

https://nmrfam.wisc.edu/2020-virtual-assignment-workshop/

In that particular case, I think you have two peaks on top of each other. You can remove one of them and one will go away after you click update button.

Best,

Woonghee

HI Woonghee,

I am using the iPine server for proton-detected data. Still learn how to do validation after the iPine.

Any tutorial online? One specific question (see below) - any reason why there are two lines for the same peak highlighted in blue? Does it matter or it is okay?

Ctrl + A and Ctrl + U will unassign all the peaks on the selected spectrum.

Then, type “dr” to flush the memory.

Cheers,

Woonghee

Thanks. Another quick question - I need to rerun iPine. How can I remove all the *old/previous* iPine results from the project so I could load the new iPine results?

Thanks! Any way to get rid of the "?-?-?" labels since it may block the loading of new iPine results?

Dear Sichun,

They don’t block. But if they look too crowded, you can hide/show them by “ls”.
