In that particular case, I think you have two peaks on top of each other. You can remove one of them and one will go away after you click update button.

HI Woonghee,
I am using the iPine server for proton-detected data. Still learn how to do validation after the iPine.
Any tutorial online? One specific question (see below) - any reason why there are two lines for the same peak highlighted in blue? Does it matter or it is okay?
Ctrl + A and Ctrl + U will unassign all the peaks on the selected spectrum.
Then, type “dr” to flush the memory.

They don’t block. But if they look too crowded, you can hide/show them by “ls”.
