error submitting ssPINE job

Dear SSPine,

I tried to submit an autoassignment job (ssPINE_240521_072719_4134774), but everytime it told me there is an error. I did include peak height, S/N. But still the error persists. Could you tell me what I need to fix?

Dear Bo,

 

Two things you can check.

 

First, the format should be,

 

Assignments w1 w2 w3 Data Height

.

.

.

 

Second, make sure you have the good number of peaks. Simply you can check from “pv” window in POKY or “lt” for each experiment.

 

It is recommended to use the “EP” plugin to avoid the format error.
