Pre-assignment File Error

Hi,

I am currently trying to use I-PINE Web Server to get the side chain assignments. I already have a Pre-Assignment file prepared with all of the H, N, C, CA, CB shifts to make this easier, but I am getting an error with the submission regarding the file " % Error: Pre-assignment file is not in the correct format. "

I have attached a screenshot of the first bit of the file, but can offer more information if needed. Any clue as to whats wrong with my format? The file DOES end with the stop_ save_ lines.

Dear Chris,

 

Does you sequence start with residue number 27? If your numbers in the pre-assignment do not agree with your sequence which is considered to start with 1, it will fail.

Thank you very much, that seemed to be the issue. Just needed to make my pre-assignment appear to start at 1 instead of the 27. Thank you.
