Hi all,

As you know, Midtown Pine Hills has long struggled with issues around trash, litter, and recycling.  Midtown Pine Hills Committee (of PHNA) has created a subcommittee around Trash & Litter and has been working with our stakeholders on a variety of approaches to address this issue.

One tool that we have decided to try using is a social media campaign to draw attention to the issues and provide solutions.  Please watch for the "Let's RESPECT Our Neighborhood" posts about #PineHillsPride and share them.

Watch for posts on Recycling on Sundays, on Trash on Tuesdays, and on Litter on Thursdays.  They will be posted initially on the MPHC Facebook Page and shared to the PHNA page and eventually on Instagram and Twitter.  You can share them from there.

We hope this campaign will draw attention to the issues and help get neighbors all over to "Be part of the solution!"
