PINEAPPLE CHICKEN ROLLS

1 rotisserie or baked chicken
2 pkgs refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 container pineapple cream cheese*
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a jelly roll pan with nonstick
cooking spray.
Shred meat of chicken breasts and set aside.
Unroll and separate crescent rolls and place on prepared pan. Spread
each triangle with pineapple cream cheese and top with shredded
chicken and a bit of drained crushed pineapple (if using). Roll up
crescent roll style.

Bake at 350� for 12-15 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
