1 (20 oz can chunk pineapple, drained; save juice
3 T sugar or Splenda
3 T flour
1 roll Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick (1/2 C) margarine, melted
1 1/2 C grated cheddar
After draining pineapple, add sugar or Splenda and flour to juice.
Put pineapple in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spread cheese over the
pineapple. Then pour the juice mixture over the top. Mix crushed
crackers and melted margarine together. Place crackers over the top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350*F.
