1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
FOR THE FROSTING:
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 1/2 cups well drained, crushed pineapple
1 (4-serving size) box instant vanilla pudding mix
Beat cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges for 2 minutes.
Bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan in a 350 degree F oven for 30 to 40
minutes. Let cool.
FROSTING:
Mix all together with a spoon. Spread over cooled cake.
Decorate with flaked coconut and orange slices. Refrigerate.
