Remove the lint every time you dry.

I was just rereading your email. Annie, you need to remove the lint after EACH load of clothes you dry or check it before you turn a load of clothes on and remove
Any lint before you put more clothes in.

Tarrah,
Thanks for the quick response!  We remove the lint each week and I do agree that helps with the drying.  However, the problem was not the lint vent; rather, the problem was the tube that goes from the dryer to outside.  This was not functioning.  Was this fixed?

Thanks!

Annie,

The dryer is working. I met the air duct people unnecessarily as you said the property was vacant due to spring break.

I startled your housemate.  Please advise your fellow housemates that like all dryers, you need to clean the dryer vent after each use.

If there is a future problem, the tenants will be responsible if it is due to lack of removing lint.

Any dryer that does not have lint removed will malfunction.

Luke,
I just wanted to check in on our dryer.  Do you know if the person came last week to fix it?  I have been out of town for a week and wanted to make sure that we have dryer access when we return.

Thanks!
