Hey roomies,

I completed my initial moveout of my room this evening and am about to head to the airport. Just a few items I wanted to give you a headsup on.

1. I couldn't fit all my luggage into my moms SUV so I had to leave some behind. All aggragated against the back wall of the dining room. I gave my parents an extra set if keys to come pick it up later in the week. I will email you when they plan to come just to give you a headsup.

2. A fellow Wharton student agreed to buy my bar for free but she no showed at the last minute hence it is still remaining by the door. Apologies for this, feel free to take it if you are interested in it or give it to a friend that is interested. Otherwise I will have my parents dispose of it when they come or I can try too coordinate with the girl again.

3. I left my set of keys on top of the whiteboard near the main entrance.

4. I have no recollection of which kitchenware is mine vs others so I did not take any. Feel free to throw away any remaining items that are not yours.

5. The wireless router is mine but I don't care for it, so feel free to use it until the last person moves out (I think Annie?). If so, can you please drop off the cable equipment at comcast when you are moving out? Account is in my name and I will pay the bill until the contract ends in August (had already been accounted for in the rent).

6. It has been a pleasure living with you all the past two years. Five very diverse people came together and lived without any major drama for two years which is quite amazing. We are all headed off to different corners of the world but I hope we all stay in touch. I'll be in Johannesburg with former roomie Ranga, feel free to hit me up when you are in town. Enjoy the last few days in the apartment and sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused with the Moveout process!

Hey guys,

My dad will be coming around 11am tomorrow to pickup the rest of my stuff. He already has my spare keys and I will tell him to leave them behind after he gets all the stuff out.

Good luck with your move outs and don't procrastinate like I did!

Hey Yoeal,

Do you know where the xfinity stuff needs to be dropped off? I'm guessing that it won't be open for us to drop it off after today?
Also what needs to be dropped off, just the cable box, or is there more?

Thanks,
Zac

The cable box, modem (should be near the tv), and all the wires that connect them.

It should be dropped off at the Colombus blvd location which is open till 5 on weekends.

Let me know when you guys are done using the internet and I can cancel the service.

Zac,
I am okay with it if you want to drop the box off sometime this weekend! It would help us out with our departure on Monday.

So wait if we cancel it we don't have to pay for it anymore? I thought we had to keep paying $120 or whatever all the way through July.

Yea we have to pay through end of contract but it will keep on charging us if I dont cancel eventually. Just want to close it before I forget and also make sure they don't charge us any additional fees.

Just cancel the account, but ask them to let us continue using their services as long as we keep on paying. Makes sense?
