Approach path near Pine Mountain

This is a screenshot of the airline approach from Los Angeles to Redmond Airport if the aircraft intends on landing on runway 29. I’m guessing commercial aircraft will be passing just to the east of Pine Mountain around 10,000 feet MSL.

Sounds like a call to issue a notam every time anyone intends to E from pine might be warranted, for all the good that would do.
