Terry Taggart

[Rick Christen]

To all who love the joy of flight….
I am sad to share that Terry Taggart
passed on to new adventures today. Those that knew him appreciated his ingenuity, generosity, quirky humor, and mastery of thin air.

[William Wood]

Hi Rick,

I am very sorry to hear this news. Was his passing due to a flying accident?

Best regards,
William Wood

Terry had been battling prostate cancer for a few years. I believe he was dealing with complications from that.

Sad to hear about Terry's passing.  I flew with him back in the day at Pine.  It was a fun time; no droughts, smoke, or difficulties driving to the top of Pine Mountain because of floods.  Times have changed!  Rest in peace Terry.

Thanks for sharing Rick. Sorry for the loss of one of your longest time friends. My children still remember and laugh at the horse play with Terry 20 years ago up at horse shoe meadows.

One of my fondest memories of Terry was him helping me on a job in Santa Barbara. Terry was smart hard working and considerate.

The times we flew Gibraltar together he graciously offered for us to come stay at his home. RIP brother Terry

Sorry to hear about Terry!  I did not know him very well but heard that he was quite a character.

Thanks for sharing the sad news and thoughtful words of Terry’s passing with us Rick.

While I don't believe I ever met Terry, I have heard his name so many times I could swear I have met him.

ingenuity, generosity, quirky humor, and mastery of thin air, now those are quality traits.
