Early version of Japanese localization available on the site

I've made it possible to view the partly-translated site in
Japanese. Go to settings -> beta and select Japanese from the
pulldown menu.

Many parts of the site are still in English, but I hope this week we
can get most of them translated. I've added some more terms to the
spreadsheet:

It's been about 2 weeks since the first Japanese translation is
released.
The worksheet for translation is not synced with actually released
pages.

So, I colored cells which the words seems to have been done.
Some words still in discussion is not colored.

I hope I can help to complete this activity.
