Homepage now in Japanese

I have updated the homepage (visible when logged out) to include a
choice of Japanese and English, so people can create an account
without knowledge of English. As you can see, there are still many
missing terms, which I have added to the spreadsheet here:

If anyone has time to look at this list and provide translations, I
would be very grateful.

Meanwhile Diane and I have started taking some Japanese lessons here
in Tokyo, hoping it will at least help us learn hiragana and
katakana. Such a pretty language!
