When performing a multi term search, every time I click the "earlier"
link, characters get converted: " " becomes "+", "+" becomes "%2B",
"%" becomes "%25." Seems like terms get encoded but not decoded/

Thanks for reporting this! I think I'll spend some quality time with
the search engine today, since there are a bunch of behaviors that
range from unexpected to flat-out buggy.
