I am facing the same issue, where my browser says loading the website timed out. I checked in https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ and it confirms the site is down and says it has been down for last 16 hours. Website operators kindly make it up and running again.

This is an unrelated issue, the domain was supposed to renew last night but the payment method seems to have failed. I've renewed things by hand and DNS should be able to see it again as soon as the renewal propagates to the right places.

Very sorry for the fuss. If you need urgent access to the site, please edit /etc/hosts and point pinboard.in at 64.62.134.189.

Still down for me (checked from two different ISPs). Seems like kind of a long time for DNS to propagate.

It's not a DNS propagation issue; it seems the .IN registry is being slow to update the record. I don't see pinboard.in when I do a query with the root host, even though everything looks normal on my dashboard at gandi.net (the domain registrar). 

Open to anyone's ideas about how to expedite things at .IN
