Bookmark count

I would find it useful if the total number of bookmarks selected by a
particular view, e.g. /u:user, /u:user/t:tag or /u:user/unread, was
displayed somewhere near the top of the page.

I see this is already done for the tag and code:404 pages, but I would
like this to become ubiquitous, whatever the view. I find the feature
particularly useful to keep tabs on how out of hand my unread list is
getting.
