Tag management disappeared

I think there was a "manage" option before that I used frequently.

"all tags" is not working for me, shows nothing.

Only "top tags" is working.

I can still get to the manage tags page (pinboard.in/u:name/tags) but the link is indeed missing. I also noticed that the page is no longer displaying all of my tag bundles.

Additionally, did the prefix order get changed? My tags are in a different order than they used to be - for example, tags starting with a ~ used to be beneath almost all other prefixes, and now it's showing up above tags with no prefix.
