Pinba 0.0.5 release

Hello all.

In order to address recently found crash (due to a faulty check, it was possible to cause memory
corruption by sending script name longer than 128 symbols), I decided to release version 0.0.5 of Pinba Engine.

There were/are no known issues in the extension, but since there were some minor additions, it makes sense to update it, too.

Overall changelog looks like this:

- Added rusage to timers (not aggregated on server (yet?)).

- Fixed possible crash caused by long script names.
- Disabled query cache for Pinba engine.
