Video/stream yes/no

I think it would be good to have a 2nd field that the event organizers control to show what rooms will and won't have video recording/streaming.

I thought about using "Released" but that should be only turned on/off by the person giving permission.    Also if it gets turned off, them moved to a room that is being recorded, it causes confusion/noise. 

I think adding a field to Room is what we need:

Or maybe Room_Slot, but I am having trouble understanding the data model so maybe not.

For PyCon.CA, Room will be fine.  Well, for PyCon.CA just doing it the way we are (out of band e-mail) is fine :)
