Inclusion of apps in non-symposion project

Hi :-)

As you might have seen, I'm pretty far with the proposal pull request
[1] and am about to include it into our site project for PyCon DE
2012. As this app depends on the conference app we will also include
this one into the project, naturally with symposion's license file.
For this and every other part of symposion I will also add a
"SYMPOSION_APP" file into the respective app directory as well as a
reference to the app and the project into our README file.

I hope this is fine with you :-)

P.S.: I'd also greatly appreciate any feedback regarding that app and
the changes I made to the conference app esp. regarding the previously
non-shared settings for session durations et al.
