OS X 10.4: Installing Pinax based on /pinaxproject.com/docs/trunk/install.html questions

[Installing Pinax]

Hey James Tauber,

I have been receiving errors in both the pip and buildout versions of
the install on the following lines.

< http://django-timezones.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/
69,71d67
< git://github.com/brosner/django-openid.git#egg=django-openid
< git://github.com/robhudson/django-debug-toolbar.git#egg=django-debug-toolbar
< git://github.com/jezdez/django-feedutil.git#egg=django-feedutil

I wonder whether the project upon which you rely has changed its name
or code location. Alternatively, please let me know how I can disable
these modules so that I can continue the installation to run pinax.

Pinax.
