This is a commercial product by a company called GoingOn that has pulled
some Moodle functionality into Drupal for a social learning course with
units and unit activities. GoingOn spun out of AlwaysOn
(http://alwayson.goingon.com/) which is Tony Perkin's media company.

Which was just bought by (the rather litigious) Blackboard.
