Thanks for the tip - this looks like a nice option. They appear to have
a full set of APIs, the UI looks much better than Moodle, and the
functionality list looks good. Say what you will about SCORM support,
but it's a huge win for corporate-level adoption with some.

Speaking of kicking the @#$% out of Blackboard's WebCT, looks like the
overarching software patents that Blackboard had relied on as their
competitive edge ('cuz it sure as hell wasn't their software) have
been annulled, and they lost on appeals too:
