tribes depends on wakwaka

Pinaxians:

On the dependencies page (http://pinaxproject.com/docs/dev/dependencies/) the tribes app is listed as only depending on groups and notification.  It also requires the wiki (wakwaka) to function correctly.  I would update the documentation myself, but I am pretty sure I do not have access. 

Thanks for putting together such a kick-ass project; it has been invaluable to me in my work over the past months.
