eventlog in pinax-project-account

Any objection to including eventlog in pinax-project-account?

It tends to be one of the first things I add to a project based on pinax-project-account.

This would include hooking up the receivers to log DUA signals, which has the advantage that the project would then establish the convention for receivers.
